2005: Made a team-high 13 appearances for the Blue Jays, including three starts strikeout-to-walk ratio of 5:1 (25 K, 5 BB) worked seven innings, allowing four hits and no earned runs while striking out four in a win over Messiah on April 21 named Centennial Conference Pitcher of the Week for his performance in Florida, where he fanned a season-high six batters over three innings in the season opener against Ripon on March 12 and threw six innings of two-hit, shutout ball with three strikeouts in a win over Wheaton on March 15.
2004: Started one game and appeared in eight total games on the hill for Hopkins picked up his first win of the season with a third of an inning of relief against SUNY New Paltz in a start against Edgewood, went seven innings, scattering seven hits, striking out four and limiting the opposition to two runs.
